Both short and long bonds yields were up after the CPI report on Wednesday, but also ahead of the CPI.
Inflation rate rose for two consecutive months.
However, I do not really pay attention to these news releases as they cause a lot of market noise.
I know from my Elliot Wave analysis and cycle outlook that bond yields will have an upward pressure into Feb’25.
TLT & Bond Yields Prospects
TLT is in in a correction that may last into Feb’25.
One can expect long bond yields to have a positive bias until then.
