Today, we will examine Nvidia (NVDA).
Nvidia (NVDA) will resume sales of its H20 graphics processing units (GPU) to China and has introduced a new model that complies with regulatory requirements for the Chinese market, the company said on Monday. As per Reuters
It looks like traders and investors are not concerned about the 30% tariff letters to Europe and Mexico.
The “market” probably thinks that these tariffs are just starting points for further negotiations.
There was a news last night that US places 17% 'anti-dumping' tariff on most fresh Mexican tomatoes. Is this already a softening of 30% tariffs on Mexico.
Nvidia - Cycle Price Target
Nvidia’s stock (NVDA) has had an incredible run since the 40W cycle trough in April.
It is now approaching a 40W cycle peak.
The 40W cycle peak target range is wide, from about 172 to 205, and even slightly higher on a semi-log chart.
Based on last night's news, Nvidia may get into the target box this week.
Sentiment & Technical Analysis
The CNN’s Fear & Greed Index is hanging out in Extreme Greed.
5-day average Put/Call ratio has not moved much from the extreme low.
It is still a yellow/red flag for at least a short-term market correction.
