Today, we will examine Bitcoin cycles.
Bitcoin Cycles
Some of you may remember that cycle nailed the October peak in Bitcoin. The negative divergence in the cyclic-RSI was another sign of pending weakness.
The cycle projection below is from early November.
The latest evaluation of the cycle composite with the same three dominant cycles suggests a cycle peak in about a week.
Notice that c-RSI is oversold but still does not show a reversal and positive divergence.
By adding two more prominent cycles, the cycle trough is imminent.
Of course, other cycles, both shorter and longer, affect the price behavior.
An intermediate-term cycle trough could happen within days.
These cycles estimate the next cycle peak in May.
However, longer cycles are pointing down and may left-translate the shown cycle peak, i.e., force a price peak earlier than suggested by this cycle composite.
Remember, the cycle composite estimates are less accurate further out.
