Nasdaq 100 Technical Analysis

• I noticed a price compression range in NDX and, several days ago, speculated about a bullish triangle potential in the Premium content.

• The same triangle-like compression is visible in the NDX Adv-Dec percentage (top window).

• NDX McClellan Oscillator (bottom window) exhibits more compression, resembling a diagonal pattern.

• If the triangle assumption turns out to be correct, NDX will likely spike to a new high. 

• According to Elliott Wave Theory, that will constitute the final thrust from the triangle and a top of significance, after which NDX should correct. The minimum or first correction target should be the apex of the triangle.
