There were a few signs that the stock market was readying for a bounce, as suggested by Sunday’s newsletter title and content. The market “gods” delivered. Did the Full Moon yesterday have to do something with the rally? 😊
There was a good deal of bearishness among pundits. This was Jim Cramer’s take.
Today, we will look at the Dow Jones Industrials (DJI) Average daily cycle composite.

It suggests DJI “strength” toward mid-February.
However, it may not be a straight line.
One more low before a bigger bounce is possible and should not shock anyone.
Sentiment
Despite the bounce and a green day in indexes, except the Nasdaq Composite, CNN’s Fear & Greed Index did not show a noticeable change relative to Friday’s reading.
The 5-day average put/call ratio is not even close to high values seen at intermediate- and long-term bottoms.
