  • Today, we will look at TSLA to close the Magnificent Seven series. 

TSLA Then

  • Cycle did a great job in picking May’24 bottom and Dec’24 top.

TSLA Now

  • We have seen serious selling of TSLA since the Dec’24 peak.

  • Is it time to “bottom fish” in TSLA stock?

  • Although it is oversold and may try short-term bounces, the daily and weekly cycle composites suggest not yet, maybe in the early summer.

  • We will see what technical analysis, including EW chart and cycle price projections, suggest in the Premium content. 

  • Is this chart one of the reasons, besides cycles, for the sharp drop in Tesla’s stock price?

Sentiment & Technical Analysis

  • The CNN’s Fear & Greed Index improved, although still in FEAR, despite a sharp drop in SPX. It is puzzling. 

  • Updated long-term chart of DJI.

  • DJI is testing the downtrend line of the blue wedge again.

  • Breaking below it will be a bearish intermediate-term indication.

  • Breaking below the bigger orange wedge will have significant long-term consequences.
