META Cycle Analysis
The META cycle is self-explanatory.
Sentiment & Technical Analysis
The CNN’s Fear & Greed Index is still in Extreme Fear. There is more fuel for the bounce if the market wants.
Notice significant multi-month divergence and market internals that I follow. This suggests a correction that will last longer than just several days.
NYSE 52-week highs-lows and McClellan Volume Summation Index are trending down → Market health deterioration.
There is no divergence between these two indicators, like at the December high and January low → the bounce may not be lasting.
